"Couldn't log in. Try another login method" error
We have been notified by some of our customers that they are getting an "Couldn't log in. Try another login method" error after scanning the QR code for the authentication.
I was only able to reproduce this issue when I tried to use the QR scan mode from inside the TIktok app but according to our customers they are scanning the QR code with the cellphone camera app and later being redirected to the tiktok scan mode, where they see the error.
We have other customers that have been able to successfully authenticate so this seems to affect only some accounts.
