I'm sending the following request to look for users: https://api.tikapi.io/public/search/users?query=Lu%C3%ADs%20Filipe%20da%20Silva%20Reis&country=br

The issue is sometimes it returns status 200 and sometimes it returns status 403 for the same request without changing anything.

Why is it happening? Is there a way to prevent this behavior?
